Green Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS
200g frozen banana
100g cucumber
100g spinach (fresh, frozen or a mix)
1/4 avocado (approx 30g)
30g nut butter
40g All Good Nutrition vanilla cinnamon protein powder
20g Changing Habits collagen powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
10g maca powder
300g filtered water
100g ice
 
 METHOD

Add everything and blend together 1 min 30 sec / speed 9

Top with my grain free granola or toppings of choice.
