INGREDIENTS
• 500 almond milk or other dairy free milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla essence or seeds of 1 vanilla pod
• 50g coconut sugar
• 50g-70g tapioca/arrowroot/ corn flour (see notes)
• 1 large banana, in chunks
• 100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
METHOD
1. Add milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar, tapioca and half the banana into the mixing bowl. COOK / 7 MIN / 90°C / REVERSE/ SP 3.
2. Add the remaining banana and approximately half of the chocolate pieces. MIX / 10 SEC / SP 3.
3. Serve into 4 small bowls and top with remaining chocolate. Gently stir to create a swirl effect and enjoy.
