If you're used to counting, this is a great chance to step away from that mentality if you're ready to. Counting calories isn't the only, best, or healthiest way to lose weight. Plus, you won't want to count calories forever—this approach helps you break free from restrictive diets and focus on nourishing your body with wholesome, nutrient-rich meals for lasting results.
Currently, we have a Cookidoo® collection that features 15 recipes from the 1-week Get Thermomix® Fit with Noni Challenge. The rest of THERMOfit's recipes, including all recipe ebooks, programs, and challenges, are available in ebook format and are designed for use with the manual cooking function.

These recipes are incredibly easy to follow and serve as an excellent way to learn how to use the Thermomix® beyond the standard recipes. Many find that this approach boosts their confidence and creativity when using their Thermomix®.

Please note that due to Thermomix/Vorwerk's copyright policy, it isn't allowed to add third-party recipes, even if purchased, into your own created recipe section of Cookidoo. Thermomix/Vorwerk state in their terms of service that they monitor this and remove users who don't comply with this section of their user agreement. I would personally love to offer my recipes on Cookidoo however it is out of THERMOfit's control unfortunately.

Yes, while the program does contain a fair amount of nuts, most recipes that contain nuts can be easily modified.

Sometimes, the nuts can be omitted altogether without affecting the recipe's outcome. In other cases, you can swap them for seeds such as linseed/flaxseed, sunflower seeds and buckwheat, especially when making gluten-free flour.

However, please note that if you're avoiding both nuts and seeds, this program may not be suitable for you.
Yes, the plan includes elements of Low Carb Healthy Fat (LCHF), but it's also a blend of LCHF, Paleo, and Keto principles.

However, it's not strictly tied to any one of them. I've developed this approach based on what I've seen work best for most people throughout my experience in the personal training and nutrition industry since 2009.

By focusing on the most effective and sustainable aspects of these diets—and leaving out what's less healthy or sustainable—this plan offers a balanced way of eating that promotes long-term health and wellness without rigid labels.
Absolutely! At THERMOfit, most of our recipes are healthier versions of familiar favourites, such as pizza, hash browns, granola, snack bars, muffins, curries etc making them appealing to even the fussiest eaters.

While our program offers options tailored for one or two people, I, along with other challengers, can provide helpful solutions and suggestions to adapt and scale the recipes, ensuring you can easily feed your entire family.

After registrations close, there's a week leading up to Day 1 of the Challenge, which we refer to as 'Get Ready Week.' This week is designed to help you familiarise yourself with the challenge structure and prepare for a successful start.

During Get Ready Week, you'll have the opportunity to set your personal goals, plan your meals, and complete tasks that I recommend and connect with the other challengers in our support group. This preparation will ensure you feel confident and ready to fully engage in the Challenge when it begins. You're also welcome to get started early if you wish; the dates aren't set in stone for everyone and keep in mind you have 12 months access. We aim to offer flexibility so you can seamlessly fit the Challenge into your lifestyle and routine.
